You’ll spend your time on the cases that actually need a human touch, not repetitive data entry. We’re always looking for ways to streamline and free up time for more meaningful work.
You’ll own accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and cargo and insurance claims, working with modern tools and automated systems that handle the routine so you can focus on what matters.
Modern, automated systems plus AI tools mean far less busywork. If you've been buried in manual reconciliations elsewhere, this will feel like a breath of fresh air.
✨ What you’ll actually do
- 📥 Accounts receivable, setup instructions for new customers and handling invoice changes
- 📤 Accounts payable, keeping carrier accounts up to date, auditing and correcting freight bills
- 📚 Bookkeeping
- 📦 Cargo claims, working with customers and carriers
- 🛡️ Cargo insurance, booking insurance and making claims on behalf of customers
- 📊 Management reports
We don’t expect experience in everything. We just ask that you’re eager to learn, and we’ll get you up to speed fast.
🎯 What we’re looking for
- 📚 Bookkeeping and/or accountancy training
- 💼 Experience with Xero
- 🚛 Ideally knowledge of the freight or logistics industry
- ✍️ Excellent written and verbal English
- 🧩 Strong problem-solving and confidence in challenging situations
- ❤️ High emotional intelligence, genuine curiosity about people, and a desire to help
- ⏱️ Sharp time management and comfort with computer systems and software
