You’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing shipments day to day and making sure every single one goes smoothly from pickup through delivery. This goes well beyond customer support.
You’ll coordinate with carriers and customers, handle whatever comes up in transit, and solve the kinds of problems that need deep freight knowledge. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Strong problem-solving and genuine curiosity about how freight works will set you up to thrive. Prior freight experience is a plus, but if you don’t have it, we’ll give you the best training in the business.
Instead of juggling spreadsheets and carrier portals, you'll work with purpose-built in-house software that surfaces exactly what you need, plus AI tools to solve problems faster. The tooling is genuinely good.
✨ What you’ll actually do
- 📦 Manage shipments end to end, ensuring smooth pickup, transit, and delivery
- 🚚 Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve issues and keep shipments on track
- 💬 Support customers via phone, live chat, and email with timely, accurate answers
- 🔎 Proactively solve problems before they ever reach the customer
- 🧠 Build deep freight knowledge to handle increasingly complex situations
🎯 What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- ✍️ Excellent written and verbal English
- 🧩 Strong problem-solving, self-motivated and organized
- 💪 Patience and confidence in challenging situations
- ⏱️ Great time management and comfort with computer systems and software
Nice-to-haves
- 🚛 Freight/logistics experience (strongly preferred)
- 🎧 Background in customer support or operations
